Project Manager

  • Oversee and manage petroleum-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational goals. 
  • Familiarize and navigate the Federal Government contract process to ensure compliance and effective execution of contracts. 
  • Conduct pricing analysis, currency conversions, and budgeting to optimize project financials. 
  • Develop, manage, and track project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products to clients on the ground. 
  • Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and quality assurance teams to coordinate product delivery and address any challenges that arise. 
  • Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns. 
  • Ensure adherence to local regulations and industry best practices, particularly in the Middle East. 
  • Prepare and present project reports to management, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators. 
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, mentoring and guiding project team members as needed. 

**Qualifications:** 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, or a related field. 
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management within the petroleum industry. 
  • Familiarity with the Federal Government contract process. 
  • Strong knowledge of pricing strategies and currency conversions relevant to the Iraqi market. 
  • Proven experience managing schedules and deliveries in a logistics-intensive environment. 
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. 

- Quality Control Manager

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality control policies and procedures specific to petroleum products. 
  • Conduct regular inspections and testing of all refined products to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications. 
  • Lead and manage the quality control team, providing training and support to ensure adherence to best practices. 
  • Navigate through all the local government approval processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. 
  • Analyze quality data and trends to identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as necessary. 
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and logistics teams to resolve quality issues and enhance product reliability. 
  • Prepare and present quality reports to management, detailing findings and recommendations for improvement. 
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, best practices, and emerging technologies related to petroleum quality control. 
  • Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization. 

**Qualifications:** 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, petroleum Engineering, or a related field. 
  • Minimum 10  years of experience in quality control or quality assurance within the petroleum industry. 
  • Strong familiarity with petroleum products and other petrochemical products.  
  • Proven experience with the process and regulatory compliance in the petroleum sector. 
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Proficient in quality management software and statistical analysis tools.

  • Fluency in Arabic, Turkish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
